I got 3 choices.

(A) Mac and Cheese by Stuors (?)
(B) Olive gardens breadsticks and alfredo sauce
(C)Mashed potatoes with cheese (no name brand)

I know I know, carbs galore. They make me happy and content...until I run out...

You had to get my mouth watering for mashed potatoes, but with plenty of butter, no cheese.

my mom's recipe for botboi ( a thick PA Dutch soup made of homemade noodles and leftover meat, usually chicken or ham) is my ultimate comfort food.

For the OP the only one I might consider is C

however my personal choice would be one of two:
Grilled cheese (thick cheddar) & tomato soup....or....
S.O.S. = shit-on-a-shingle = creamed chipped beef on toast
