Yourcybersub, I am curious, as you are self titled as a "cyber sub" as to why you are wishing to wear the weights and stretch your testicles. Sometimes, doing it yourself isn't the part of attraction but, for the Dominant to do this stretching on you and with you. Should you do this for your own satisfaction, then do so. But, I highly recommend researching this activity with men in your age group, as skin changes from youth to older age. In addition, circulation under the phallus and around the ball sack also changes and often it is in the stages of hardening and can't bounce back after hard compression over 20 minutes. You don't have to use weights to stretch balls. By winding evenly a soft cord, leather, rubber, cloth strips around forcing the balls further down like strangling the neck per se, the spacer aka ball stretcher is stretching the skin without the weight. If you still wish to procede with the weights, I highly recommend seeing a medical examiner's anatomy book on the detailed anatomy of the male genitals. Though it is an illustration, it will show how most men's testicals hang. They aren't even--one ball sits lower than the other. Thus one ball carrying the load is not an equal load shared. If you were using rope, twine being a bit too narrow in my opinion, unless it is over a piece of solid leather as to distribute the compression of the twine; the knot should rest over the low ball, this acting as a wedge as to even the load and both balls involved. In addition, they don't hang evenly, the angle dips in the back, downward thus it tips the parachute. This too doesn't allow equal weight distribution on the balls, unless a wedge is under the back of the balls as to sit the parachute evenly. Another area of concern is circulation. Again, refer to the anatomy of the male genitals, the major blood vessels that feed from the balls to the phallus head run east and west in travel. You should be able to feel a cord like vessel in the self examination. These cords are the work horse for the male ejaculation process, feeding another set of vessels once past the dorsal vein, which pumps blood so there can be an erection when blood is fillled in a sponge like chamber. These little feeder veins are not meant to be crushed and or compressed for a long time. After a while they die off. This is why CBT should be tailored to the individual man as each vessel lays differently in different men. Ideal would be a means where you have an experienced TOP/DOM as to guide you safely through the process. Because there aren't physical studies of the 'after effects/affects' of long term CBT practices, a lot is not documented on health issues 20 to 30 years afterwards. I consider myself old fashioned, as I do not introduce seline into the balls. Because it works for one, it may not for another person. You won't know if there is a allergic reaction and if you do have a toxic shock, it can be fatal for some. Like another poster suggested wisely, I would highly recommend finding a kink friendly doctor. Not a 'scene' doctor but a medical licensed doctor. Another way is using the weights you have, putting them in a strong sack, use a rope as to feed over a banister or a sturdy rod, then tie to the parachute. If you had a free standing bondage configuration such as the old monkey bars in playgrounds (yes I'm old..LOL), you can lay down having the weight suspended from a pully and or over the bar.
