They change color.

When I'm pissed, they're bright green.
When I'm horny, they're clear blue.
Most of the time, they're hazel with flecks of gold.
When I'm sick, or have been living badly, they're flat and dull, grayish. Don't change color as often.

I looked this up on Snopes to see if I was imagining things, and apparently a lot of people with hazel eyes share the same experience. It could be lighting, tears/wetness changing the diffraction, etc. - but then, what is color anyway, but reflected light? So fuck it, my eyes change color. That's my story.

HAzel green, but like others they change colors. Mostly varying shades of green.

The color changes. Usually they're a muddy green but some people have sworn they were blue. Outer ring is a little darker.
