I love the ones who want to live in my basement forever, I usually tell them that I praise my lucky stars that the house comes without a proper basement (I know it's a fib but they don't know, plus I have no toilet down there, which would make it a bit icky, and I rather store my bikes there than fit it out like a prison cell, having a "prisoner" in my basement just doesn't do anything for me).
The "Hello, I am visiting your country from then to then, I have time on .... and will come and serve you, you can do <insert list of their fetishes> to me and I will be your slave for 2 days...." are almost irresistible, I'm glad it happens to you too, I was quite worried that somebody took out an ad that I am running a BDSM hotel with full treatment for free. And the funny thing is they are always quite angry when you tell them that you have no desire to let a stranger into your house...
