Obama by and large has essentially continued Bush policies (even if from necessity). He's definitely governing closer to center than his campaign suggested--which is common, except for Bush II.

He should probably take a big box of Nobel Peace Prize Medals with him on his next trip abroad and hand them out like an open bag of M&Ms. One of his problems is that he's just not "likable."
