It's a glitch, you need to go up top and click on Collarme, when you get back there (this is collarchat) go to the bottom of the page and you'll find the link to Support. Click that and report it. They can usually help but it will take a few days.
As far as who you want to look for, what are you interested in? Do you want a romantic relationship as well or do you simply want to experience physical sensations. If a relationship then you need to simply meet all kinds of people until you click with someone, just like ordinary dating.
If however you want people to do things to your body, then what do they get for spending all that time and energy on you? It's either a relationship or it's quid pro quo and in that case you need to give something as well as get. Whether in service or in money and it needs to be discussed upfront if you aren't to be viewed as a taker.
