FR I'm going with the snow dissenters here. Snow is a four letter word. So is rain. And to coin an axiom here - where it snows it rains. When I was a kid we went to Albuquerque, we should've stayed. The effects of this four letter demon are immense on all levels. I have a four wheel drive, which I now consider a necessity. You know what parts cost for those things ? Replacement cigarette lighter - $6.55. Replacement cigarette lighter for a four wheel drive - $74.75. And the damn thing can pass almost anything but a gas station. All this outlay for a scant few months of mere survival (and not having to shovel the driveway). Let's not even dweel on shoveling. I got my hands on the biggest baddest snowblower I could and it broke down. Couldn't take the strain I guess. As bad is it is, there is still the heat. You think you'll get used to the cold, but then next summer the candles melt without being lit ! I am not bullshitting, this was a Kodak incident to be sure. I didn't have a regular camera but I think I caught it on videotape. (well actually I know I taped it, but finding the tape now would be like finding the angels on the head of a pin in the desert. (the haystack would be a piece of cake) I hear in Ohio we got white squirrels, that must be natural selection, they blend right in. Enough bitching, I have the day off work. I can only bitch so much without getting paid for it. T
