She's going in for carpal tunnel surgery today. She'll be unable to write for a couple of days.

Wish her luck and a speedy recovery!

And it would be rude to speculate on what *ahem* activities may have led to the carpal tunnel. So don't.

Update: I talked with her today and the doc told her that she'd not have a fully functioning hand for ten days. So add a week to what I originally said.
