“Given the list of threats on subways and rails over the last six years going on seven years, we know that some terrorist groups see rail and subways as being more vulnerable because there’s not the type of screening that you find in aviation,” Pistole said. “From my perspective, that is an equally important threat area.”

PaHunk, true but people can then carry guns on trains and subways so unless it's a bomb the terrorists could find themselves in a gunfight.

IF the TSA hired good looking young men and women and no one will complain.

So when are you going to consent to Cops being able to randomly select people for pat downs?

only if they have 2 way mirrors and jack off booths

they could have them in every store too

people could shove a tampon up there ass and they would come and dig it out for you!

great for ass play enthusiasts or those into public rape!

now it would be fun to go through wrapped in tin foil wouldnt it?

maybe so the only thing they could see is your dick and ass LOL

What about just having them walk the streets checking people randomly.   I'll go out with them and pat down the girls.   And I'll randomly pick pretty ones.   So if you are a terrorist, be ugly.   Remember your government is at work

being that I ride trains and buses a lot I think it's waay overdue. Right now searches on trains and buses are random and usually only if you seem suspicious but I personally wouldn't complain if metal detectors and searches became a regular occurrence on them. I've always been amazed that searches and detectors aren't already in place.

I find it interesting that the very people bitching the most about this, said nothing when the TSA was given permission for these searches way back when....... you know under Bush, the very same people are screaming it is an invasion of privacy,, but they did not bitch or scream about the illegal wiretaps (you know the one Bush ordered) the illegal torture, or all the other illegal things our government did under National Security by Bush and did you know....

the body scanners being sold all over the country and the world;  company founder and owner is a former White House Staff member under geee who was it?????  Oh yea Bush, wow what are the odds, that a guy on the WH staff would get a contract from the Bush administration.  And now that people are questioning their safety, it is somehow the Black Presidents fault

The pat downs are being blown out to be more than they are, by guess who those who oppose a Black President, No one is forced to take them, people have a choice, having flown and gone through them I found the TSA at O'hare very professional and the search less then is being portrayed by the rights news company

But when fear is all you have, it's all you have.
