Up at the top right of this page it says "Collarchat.com - BDSM Forum".  Below that are a bunch of buttons including one that says "Search".

Have fun!

Yes, there are dangers. If your master doesn't know what he is doing, I suggest he find someone in your community who can teach him. I would also suggest you consider that this is the internet and you have no clue if the people advising you are actually active in the lifestyle and doing this on a regular basis and not some wanker who is making the shit up as he goes. When my mistress wanted to learn how to stick needles in me, we went to Memphis where I knew a domme who was experienced in this. Had she suggested that I go online to find out how to do it and tell her, I would not have let her near me.

Get Jay Wiseman's book. Erotic Bondage. The basic safety primer.

There are dangers in nearly everything we do.

As for breast bondage the specific danger is cutting off the blood supply to the breast.
Cutting the blood supply can result in breast tissue death.

In general, have him check for change of color and change of temperature. Twenty minutes should be safe unless it's very thin material cutting in. Nipples being smaller lose blood circulation faster.

Start loose and work your way from there. Intense severe pain would be an indicator to stop. One must be careful of blood pooling and/or clotting. Sounds like consulting with someone with experience (as mentioned earlier by an undoubtedly smart poster ;D) is a very good idea. If none are available, then the internet and books will get you started.
