Perhaps it's that they have too much intelligence to do blackmail play with a woman known not to be respectful of the people she wishes to play with, and they don't trust her to keep it as pretend?

Not to mention that many people only play hard when they know and trust the top. And the op has made it abundantly clear that she doesn't want to make friends and earn that trust.
