Have everybody here actually read the government commission report? It is a joke. It looks like a junior thesis or fiction. It lacks most of the information about the actual event. The important facts are mostly missing. Where are all the names of the airline passengers and people in the buildings, where are the complete recordings of the flight recorder, building #7? It looks pretty much as intentionally blurred and mostly as a justification of wars.

I have not read it, though I may have encountered fragments of it during my own research. I suppose that judge Napolitano may have read it, though.

Of course. When it comes to how they gather and act upon intelligence, you'd better believe I expect them to be less than forthcoming about it. Covert operations need to stay covert. I expect the Congress and the President to set boundaries for them to operate within, and as long as they stay within those boundaries, quite a lot of the details need to be kept secret from the public.
