Okay. Well didn't know that explicit pics weren't allowed in the forums. Kind of strange to not allow sexual pics on a BDSM board...but whatever. Any pics I have posted are taken by me and are of me. But I guess I won't post them in these forums. Strange rules sometimes...Do we have to watch our language out here as well?

Welcome to CM and the boards. When you go to post your main pic it says straight out that no explicit primary pics are allowed. It violates TOS. May I suggest you read it before proceeding with other pics? And it's not so much language that's frowned upon, it's the tone and the setting. If you want to get argumentative, then just head over to Politics & Religion. There will of course always be those who agree to disagree, but it doesn't have to be done in a nasty manner. Juuuuuust sayin.........

Hello all and thanks for the funny comments. And I wasn't meaning to be argumentative but I just find some of these policies on these sites to be really counter to what the site should be. I just don't get it and find it laughable when you go to an adult, sex central site and then you have to watch what you say or what pictures (legal pics) you post - and I'm not just talking about this site - seen it at many others. Just seems really false to me. End of rant. Anyway, that aside - hello all and nice to meet all of you and great to be part of this site and community.

I don't get it when people think this is a sex only site. This isn't even just a pick up site as many on here are already partnered. It's much more than sex around here. There are forums where we discuss problems. It's a great way to find people and get connected to your own local BDSM community. It is a super place to make friends. If you are looking for nothing but sex, then go to a meat market like alt. I actually like the policy of no explicit pictures for the picture that will show with your profile and posts. I don't want to see your wienie when I come here. You can use your wienie picture for any other picture on your profile. So it's not like you can't flaunt it. You just can't shove it in everyone's face, that's all. The people who read your profile and might be interested can and will see your wienie. So what is the big deal? If you can't live with the rules then ask for your money back. Simple. However, whining because you have to follow the rules sounds childish rather than domly.

Not whining at all. Just expressing my feelings. And if this isn't a sex site - and BDSM is about sex (or at least it should be to some extent) or a pickup site, then I don't know what is. If this and others are adult sites - they should be viewed as such. When "Fisting" and "Watersports" are an option on the interests list for your profile on this site, should we really be worried about posting nude pics, etc? Just strikes me as strange and counter to the theme of the site, and I'm not the only one. Anyway, just my thoughts on the subject and that's what this kind of forum is for right?

As has been said, if you don't like the rules get your money back and go to somewhere that suits you better. As to BDSM being about sex, well, it has just about nothing to do with my sex life.
