Ok folks. I'm having a 'duh' moment. Last week, I had made two pumpkin pies for our 'early' Thanksgiving and has enough filling mix left over to make another one for today. I remember the first half of the baking cycle is for the pie to be in for the first fifteen minutes at 425 degrees, then the temp gets reduced to 350. Unfortunately, I don't remember how long it's supposed to stay in at the temperature. Anybody out there know the amount of time it's supposed to stay in the oven? I'm thinking it's an hour, but I don't want to confuse total baking time with the two cycles.
