Maylasia. The Ringgut is over 3 to the $ so your retirement can be quite flush. Nice places to rent for $2-$300/mo. near the beach, more for on the beach. Tropical all year round with palm and other trees. Oh...and the women are quite the polynesian pleasure.

California has palm trees too. As does parts of Arizona.  Maybe even New Mexico?  Not sure..

Too bad I dont still live in miami.

Believe it or not, I have gotten a couple of clients from this site. It's amazing how much easier it is to actually be able to say to your realtor "I need a basement with a full concrete floor and a ceiling high enough for a St Andrews cross and it would be nice if the floor joists were extra strong so we could do some suspension play down there too"
