No...not simple, lol
They flood my hotmail account until I over run my limit and cannot send or receive. I did some research and discovered its spam, from another computer, that has my email attached to it, hence the reason they come back to me. More then likely, from Facebook, or another group.
Blocking doesn't do any good. I have spent hours copying each email addy and adding them to my blocked list. Here is the response I got when I asked someone in the IT department at a large corporation:

the sender address for the mail its sending out. The routers receiving
reject the message and properly attempt to return a reply to the sender,

I was told to set a new email account and keep it out of public forums or networking. Gotta love technology!
