ORIGINAL: Master4slvAnimal Boo Hoo hoo. Hand cuffs and a few bruises are no where near proof that she wasn’t just a sub that changed her mind and decided to take revenge after voluntarily submitting to this guy. This sounds like a perfect example of why these days Dominants need to have both a signed temporary /or long term agreement, as well as a video recording of the voluntary agreement to submit to serving a serious Dominant these days. Yes, whether for only for a overnight/ week end trial visit or for long term living submission, you want a clear statement of agreement from the slave consenting to voluntarily submit for your own legal protection theses days. Oh and when obtaining such statements and written agreements, make sure the sub also has legal proof of consenting age as well as clear statements showing that after several discussions and forethought on the sub’s part, that the subs have made their own transportation arrangements with out any financial or physical aid from you to cross any state border lines. Otherwise you may end up dealing with a publicity hungry Federal Prosecutor looking for a push for his, or her, carrier by trying to use the publicity of Federal Interstate White Slavery trafficking, or kidnapping charges against you Dominants. You may be surprised how big a political as well as financial gain Federal Prosecutors can make by pursuing such charges if they believe they have a chance of winning. The idea behind such documents or contract agreements would NOT be to legally force a sub to come submit to you if they change their minds, but will protect you from claims of either civil or criminal liability and/or malicious false criminal charges being made against you some where down the line if they do later change their minds after there is an actual agreement of voluntary submission to you. Fella, I appreciate your viewpoint, but having a signed contract makes a Dom's case much weaker if it lands up in court. Since the acts of S/M are technically illegal (it's consensual assault, where the law does not recognize consent), all a contract shows is premeditation, and makes the situation worse. "Handcuffs and a few bruises" are not the evidence. Her testimony is the main evidence, although if someone jumps out a second story window naked while being handcuffed hand and foot, that makes a pretty strong claim for nonconsensuality. One that would trump any signed contract or video showing that she THOUGHT she knew what she was getting into. Even if you could prove beyond the shadow of a doubt that she agreed fully and then changed her mind (essentially safewording), it would still be nonconsensual. The only way to keep it safe for the Dom is to make sure that it is consensual. And that's kinda nice for the sub as well.
