If there was an ounce of shame or self-respect among certain posters, this would have been noted...

Before the Legislature acted, Arizona’s Medicaid agency had provided an analysis to lawmakers of the transplants that were cut, which many health experts now say was seriously flawed.

Garbage in, garbage out. But hey, nevermind the details... carry on.

Just wondering here.   What if the State raised revenue by enforcing federal law and billing the Fed?   I am sure that there are laws that can be enforced that aren't being enforced now.

Where would you draw the line between who gets saved and who dies?

Nobody is saved, everyone dies.Be it from lack of medical care to some moron driving drunk.

The argument is stupid to begin with, nobody survives life, and life isn't fair.

Says the dude on Gov't paid health benefits soon to be Gov't paid retirement health benefits......Since your so worried about the gov't going broke why not refuse your health benefis....cause nobody is saved.

More garbage. Who are your "health experts"? Oh I see, you don't know......well are they physicians? Independent or on a Insurance payroll.....

Ahhhhhhh Personal attacks.   Don't you love them.   I was asked a specific question to which I answered with one word.   Then as a matter of what i see as explanation I added a phrase hoping to stimulate conversation.   Guess that didn't work.   For my trouble I get a personal attack.   Someone run out of argument?

Oh and the reason I didn't give anyone money was because I saw people being thrown off a 3000 foot cliff because of the one time I did it.   Didn't like that concept.   It goes to narrowmindedness in my opinion.   Look for the broader issue.  Please

There is no argument to make with someone that makes these types of rationalizations.

I find it repugnant.

But hey, let's hope you never need one of those "quality of life" surgeries that you can't afford.

What the fuck are you bleating about? They're not MY health experts. Arizona’s Medicaid agency provided the analysis that the legislature relied upon in making its decision. Flawed report, flawed result. They'll fix it.

Mr. Kavanagh, chairman of the Appropriations Committee, said he does not believe lawmakers had the full picture of the effect of the cuts on patients when they voted... "I believe we have time to rectify this.”

Unh... my "evidence" is the same article that this thread (and your ranting) is based on.

So yeah, smelly fits.

Your conclusion is totally unsupported.

Just hoping you had something positive to add.

Yes, well, I can see how filling in a missing part of the picture might not be viewed as a positive contribution by someone who just likes to bash people without being troubled by details. Sorry about that. As I said before, carry on.
