Hi all I am new to this site and this lifestyle I would love to learn about how not only to be a great Dom but how to properly follow guidelines and rules of this lifestyle as well as training a Sub properly.

Welcome to Collarme Teddy. The site itself contains alot of information
that may benefit you in your learning of the lifestyle. There have been
many threads over the years that might offer some good advice.
Use the search feature in the top right corner and type in New Dominant.

That being said, what you will be reading are other peoples opinions on
dominance, and no amount of postings will teach you how you feel
about your dominance.

The Loving Dominant would be a great read for you.

Also, rest assured that there are no rules of the lifestyle per say.
The only one that may be grading you is your submissive.
