ORIGINAL: Termyn8or A comeback is,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Well I am concerned about the health of P2P so I like to be on it. I cleaned up my shared directory and got to it, lending a hand to the community at large,,,,,,,,per se,,,,,,,,,,,,, Have dowlnloaded now all those favorite old time all timers. Archies, Alvin And The Chipmunks, The Partridge Family. Now I'm a real pirate. I better stash the guns, silver and gold, and the wimminfolk. Is that a knock at the door ? T In the first instance I would take GREAT relish telling anyone without Police authorisation claiming that a computer, at my physical address, had downloaded copyrighted material, to go fuck themselves. In any case, they'd need to prove it was me who downloaded the material. A single computer may have many users. Furthermore, how do they know an unauthorised executable didn't install the P2P software? You'd need key-logging software to prove otherwise, the mere presence of which on my computer, let alone usage, would constitute unlawful espionage by either the music industry or my own ISP.
