Uh huh... I 'spose next you gonna tell me that the last letter in the alphabet is pronounced "zed," even though everybody knows that it is "zee" (Zed is the guy at the garage who fixes your car).

I will grant Canada one thing, though (although this may be more of a regional than national thing), Canada is civilized enough to know that when you bring my french fires (and yes they are fries, not chips!) to the table you also bring me some fucking vinegar! Malt Vinegar!

I do enjoy tweaking noses now and then.

God has informed me (at least I think it was God, I was kind of in an... shall we say... altered state, at the time) that he in fact does not love me... but he does think I am "okay."

That is only true if you regard Canada's view on such things as being correct (unproven), and superior (bigotry), and you suscribe to the notion that what is good for one or some is intrinsically good for all, and that those who do not suscribe to such notions are "behind." (arrogance). One size does not fit all.

For the record: I oppose the death penalty (not because I don't think some lowlife scumbags deserve it but because I don't trust government power with that much authority). I am not opposed to welfare as a concept of "lending a temporary helping hand to those in need," but in application it has been a disaster of fraud and waste. My notion of gun control is a firm grip.

Nope. Good natured teasing aside, I just have a natural negative reaction to presumptions of superioirty. Besides, why would I feel inferior to Canadians? You people couldn't make a decent chicken wing if your life depended on it... obviously, you are inferior to us.

You do brew some good beer though, I'll grant you that.

We could probably safely call it a fact, if we say that Canada's gun control laws will make a US annexation of the territory a lot easier.

Yes, well, chicken wings are important and I'm an expert and not just because of the copius amounts of chicken wings I have consumed over the years - I hail from the land of the chicken wing. The Anchor bar, the place where it all began, is about a twenty-five miniute drive from me. I'm a very tolerant guy in most respects but I have no tolerance for lousy chicken wings. If it is any consolation, the Texans are even worse than you Canadians at making chicken wings.
