There is a class warfare and it's because of Republicans.The Republicans are the real Elitists.They are about the rich getting richer and the poor getting poorer.The billionaires,corporate America and Republicans are the real Elitist who only care about themselves and could care less about the rest of America.

There are plenty homeless and jobless  Republicans and limousine millionaire Democrats. I think country's elite is united regardless of the party affiliation. Things will not get better until more people wake up to reality. 87% incumbents were just   re-elected to the Congress. WHY?

because people don't vote, and those who do can't be bothered to look past anything but party affiliation

I know plenty of republicans that I'd gladly have represent me(and I'm a commie lefty)
and plenty of dems that make me sick(by the way, where are all the commie lefty dems, I wanna vote for a commie god dammit)

There's a glaring flaw in your argument Chuckles...I don't see any republicans wanting to stop you from becoming rich and successful, but there's a whole fucking congress full of democrats who would want to steal your money to give to some lazy assed bastard begging for a hand out.

a)  the record shows that it was both Republicans and Democrats who stole our money.


b)  the banks they gave it to did not have to beg for the hand out, congress tripped all over themselves throwing our money to them.



But as to the OP, yes there is a flaw in the argument. The elite don't care about party affiliation regarding who is in office other than a few particular races here and there, and most of them donate to either party's candidate. They know that things will be done according to their bidding either way.

Can I take issue with the assertion that all of the Republicans are rich elitists? They have plenty of trailer trash poor voting for them as well, along with a fair chunk of the vanishing middle class. Never understood that one.

Of course there are poor white trash American's who vote for Republican's.They don't even know why either.I guess their preacher told them that Democrat's are EVIL!There's rich Democrat's as well,no doubt.However,it's the REPUBLICAN AGENDA that's help's make the "rich getting richer and the poor becoming poorer."It's also easy to get old poor white Grandma and Grandpa watching "Fixed" new's to vote for Republican's,because they are afraid of that evil black muslim in the white house.Lie to a few religous group's to get their vote and the Repukelican's have their majority.

It's not that hard to understand. If you are trying to make a point involving the poor, you call the republicans rich bastards. If you are trying to make a point involving immigration, you call the republicans racist, red-neck trailer trash. You want to make a point about gays, call them all homophobic. Of course in order for this to really work, you have to believe that there are no democrats who are racist, rich or homophobic and that's just bullshit. But it seems bullshit is all chuckles has to offer so I am not surprised.

Well then all the dems need to do is start a couple more wars and add on another $1/2 trillion medicare benefit...all OFF BOOKS and double the national debt. Then like the $70 billion a year added to the deficit by keeping top rates at 35%, can all be paid for by our children and their children and their...

The republican party should have changed its name to the Capitalist party 30 years ago when Reagan gave them all cover to call themselves small govt. conservatives when for their most recent 20 yars in power...became big govt. deficit spenders.
