OK this is with thanks for all the great pics and links in the last little while..... Its a NASA 3d tour of all the known galaxies in under 90 seconds talk about blow your mind, There is also a link to a much bigger (64meg) video which is much more detailed and much more impressive http://www.popsci.com/science/article/2010-12/video-3d-tour-all-galaxies-we-can-see-90-seconds I hope you enjoy it ladies n gents

That is COOL....thanks for posting! There are some scientists who believe that; for every star in our galaxy, another galaxy is out there somewhere

Thank You Lucy! That is not only a fun video but also a great site with a lot of other fun cool stuff on it. The Popular Science Archive, is a place I will spend some time. It can be so much fun to go back and see what was predicted by the "experts". I also really like the ability to search by tags (topics). I enjoyed the galaxy tour and I enjoyed the one comment: "Did you see the little green man waving?" It was the 4th one down. Thanks Again!!! Outlier

Lucy, Here is another good list of a lot of astronomy videos. http://www.nightskyobserver.com/astronomy-videos.php They have commercial stuff on the page, but you can just use the video list at the top as a reference to explore.
