I know some people follow this show so i thought i would post this.
I think i am sad. I really like her as a trainer and from what i know of her out of TBL, i really do think she cares about people. I wish i could pay someone to be like she is in a personal training concept. But her style isn't easy to come by.
Her style of training isn't for everyone, but she does produce some great results in people. I will miss her on the show as i think she and her straight talk makes up a great part of it. I just hope her replacement is comparable in style that Jillian is because she seems to be total opposite of Bob's style. And i think that's what the show needs with regards to trainers.
I hope the "show the replacement the ropes" on season 11 means they will be integrated so then on Season 12 they won't be a replacement so much as simply Jillian isn't there and we are familiar with the new trainer. I personally couldn't stand that other woman who replaced Jillian last time.
Anyway, some people like the show some people don't but all i can say is its helped a lot of people and motivated many more. I think Jillian leaving is sad, but the show will go on i am sure. I hope she finds what she is looking for in being a mom etc.
On a personal level and side note lol, i think she is disgusted with the "competition" and game playing. This season 10 is the 1st season i am not thrilled about because of the game playing. I mean there has always been game playing just not so blatent. I am very glad Brennan is gone as i think his whole attitude was wrong because he was completely focused on the game and it came back and bit him in the ass -- YEAH! But i DO want ADA to win!! The rest of the contestants just didn't do anything for me this season. Ada didn't so much either but i like her.

She has NEVER been below the yellow line the whole season until this last time, and Elizabeth has been more times than i can remember. She was kept on because she isn't a challenge for the others. Ada has consistently shown by not being under the yellow like she is a challenge for the title.
