Nice site, i tried the chat rooms but everyone there is too quick for me but i'll get the hang of it...i hope. Like my profile say's i'm a 56yo wm seeking to connect with Dominant, Confident Individuals or Couples in the central Mass area and i would appreciate any help i can get about this site and any helpful 'hints' regarding a sub lifestyle. How do i search for people in my area???
And what should i watch out for?

Thank You,

Welcome to CM and the boards.  Read up on  newer and older posts, there's lots of good info to be had.  Use the search button top right hand corner and type in any subject you're interested in, there should be a thread giving you information.  If you find nothing that matches, then start a new thread in the correct forum and ask away.

As for groups in your area, use google and type munches or events for your city or the closest large city.  There's lots of groups out there where you can meet people in real life, make new friends and connections and talk to people who live r/l every day.  Good luck.

Be wary of those who order you around right away, a Dom who knows what he's about and what he's doing won't be anything but respectful to you.  Your inbox on the other side will fill quickly since you're on the new users list, no way to get off that until a certain amount of time has passed.  Do not be afraid to say no, it's allowed until someone owns you.  Most of all, follow your gut instinct and if it doesn't feel right or sounds too good to be true, it most likely is.  Just because you identify as a submissive does NOT mean you have to take crap from anyone.  A polite thanks but no thanks should suffice.

Also read the FAQ's and the section guidelines regarding TOS and other matters, it'll help you on this side of CM.  If you'd like, feel free to cmail me on the other side, I'd be more than willing to answer any other questions you have.  Everyone's new at one time, so never be afraid to question.

Hi Jack,

When I lived in Western MA, I belonged to the Western MA Power Exchange (WMPE, not jokes about wimpy, please!). Looks like the website is currently down, but you might be able to find them on fetlife or yahoogroups
http://www.wmpe.org/

My now ex and I met lots of nice people and had lots of fun!

Welcome to CM.

KK
