 A guide dog that helps a blind man from St. Paul is missing after the dog took off during the weekend’s snowstorm.

Status: offline 		That must suck, really. But it probably won't stop people from making jokes about it. I don't mind such jokes [and I have problems with my eyesight] but some people just can't let themselves laugh at certain things. So I refuse to be the first.

Dogs can and do just leave sometimes. It doesn't seem that common with labs though.

Yes I can make a joke, lame as it is.

When that guy says "Doggone" he really means it.

Really, hopefully the dog just went to sow some wild oats so to speak and will return.

Status: offline 		The dog spent the night with a neighbor and returned home Monday evening. Everybody's OK now.
