me and Master are in a group called Diverse Paths in our area... we love it. It is really nice to meet other people into the same things as we are, in my experience the real life experience is totally different than the online experience.

We also get to see people do activities we might not be familiar with, so it broadens our horizons. The club has classes and demos on various topics, as well, it is a good way to learn.

Technically no, but I'm on the fringe of a number of fringe groups that qualify as alternate lifestyles. I haven't bothered with the leather community in almost a decade, though. Goths, geeks, punks, pagans, furries, gamers, queers, and polygamists, yes, but not the leather community per se.

I did attend the NW Indiana munch a few times, until I realised how male D female s oriented it was. I was told by three "Masters" that they didn't believe in male submissives, so I stopped attending. If I would have continued going, I probably would have ended up kicking one of their asses, and felt it was better for me to leave the group than make one of them look bad.

Since I'm an over the road trucker, it's hard to say which state I'll be in any particular day.

Wow! What a bad experience! That is too bad that your local group has so many jerks in it. i have seen slightly more male D female s than not in our group, but there are still plenty of male subbies to go around, too. You said you are a truck driver; if you ever find yourself in OKC, drop me a line, we have plenty of beautiful female Dommes in our group that i'm sure would be glad to meet you. [;)]
