Okay, so i am off work today and am watching divorce court while finishing up goody bags for collegues.

Well this lady was complaining that her husband was always teasing her about her weight utilizing the phrase Junk in the Trunk.

And his response was:  I love the junk in the trunk, i just can't get a ride.

That just cracked me up, so i decided to share.

I don't get how that is a nice way to say "you have a nice butt."   Junk in the trunk sounds wrong to me, but I'm sensitive that way. [:D]   M

i kinda think it's a cute lighthearted saying. It's certainly better than saying "you've got a nice big ass"

I don't know that I agree...  It may be a cultural thing, because I don't much worry about the derriere.    I would never expect someone I'm unfamiliar with to say something specific about my ass, but if he were going to make a comment about it anyway, he might as well just say it's nice and big,rather than make it sound cheap, a la junk.  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vqiw-Kqtlr0&feature=related.

I'm a bit partial to a nice bum, but that's just crude in my opinion.  Somehow "ass" or "bum" is better.  I definitely agree about the badonkadonk thing, tho.  Who comes up with this crap?
