I agree with TwistMyRubberArm.com as a good latex site. I got my first rubber dress from them for $40 + shipping and I'm very satisfied with it. I also suggest TheLatexStore.com and Libidex.com as I've heard excellent reviews about both.
However, I second the suggestion to save longer and get quality pieces. You really DO NOT WANT to go the cheap, Chinese knockoff route. Yes, the prices are low...and so is the quality. If you cheap out, you'll be lucky if your latex lasts the weekend. It's that poorly constructed. However, TwistMyRubberArm and TheLatexStore have some good quality outfits at fairly reasonable prices. Libidex is quite a bit more expensive, but the garments are Oh. My. Gawd. gorgeous.
