I was tall growing up (5'8-5'10) during teen years, when average was more like 5'5" for women, and 5'8" for men; or at least it was for the men around whom I was, that were not family.   I felt awkward, shy, and hated towering over boys.   I got over it, learned to embrace to tall, feminine body, and others began digging it too.

Now, I wish I were 6' tall, because I'm seeing so many tall women, and have noticed that at my stature, I couldn't hide even if I wanted to, so might as well come out like graceful Amazonian.    Boys and girls are both growing tall nowadays;  the only potential issue, is if she needs he man to be taller, and the potential for freakishly tall babies, I'd worry.
In the end, I would talk with her, make her feel normal, and special, no matter what height.   She can be feminine at any height, and more importantly, a good human being, who cares about more than the body the universe brought her out in.     M

Women get their major teen growth spurt sooner than men and are, usually at max height by 17. Men get the growth spurt a bit later and max out around at 19-22.

Averages and can't be used to predict the individual. Myself, I went from 5 foot to five foot 8 inches between 14and 15 then creeped up to six feet at age 20.
My cousin, female, was Five foot four by age 13 and was five foot six at sixteen and stayed there.
