Last night he couldn't sleep. Finally came to bed about 3:00AM and started playing with me. Now I can see if he wanted an orgasm to relax, instead he falls asleep playing with me. I was up for almost 2 hours before I could relax and go back to sleep. Is it legit to wake him up tonight, assuming he falls asleep before me? And how the hell can he sleep with his hand between my legs?

It wouldn't be legit in MY relationship. It may be in yours. If I couldn't go back to sleep then that's my problem to deal with, not his. If he fell asleep on me then so be it. It happens. I would assume that what he did to me helped him to relax enough to fall asleep and being that I like helping him whatever way I can, I'd be happy that he was able to finally sleep. It's all in your perspective I suppose.

I'm not planning retribution. It just amazes me that he can fall asleep like that. But I thought it was a funny story and wanted to share it. Apparently the title should have been followed by j/k. Although I think I have had my revenge. I ate the last biscotti.

Sleeping is fairly sacred in our house and I really don't think I would care if he fell asleep while playing with me since sexual frustration is simply the story of my life. Though I get so moan-y and whimper-y that I doubt he could sleep till I'd gotten off.

LOL, I've fallen asleep with my hand between the legs before. Hell.. fallen asleep in positions that were like two people in the middle of playing twister. :-P It ain't that hard to do... Anything is Legit to do... just be prepared to faced the consequences. Lord, he might wake up and be in some frisky mood to play all night long after taking a nice nap. You might get less sleep than you had the night before. I myself, tend to be the one waking up in the middle of the night with a 3-4 am hard on wanting to play or get off... All depends upon how truly tired he is... It's obvious there's no set in stone rules regarding this else you wouldn't be asking this question here. So yeah, it might be legit then again it might not. Though I imagine the thrill of not knowing and thinking about it sort of spark your devilish little mind. :-P

Clearly you don't know the first thing about the MAN in Aynne's life. That hot hunk of yumminess... hell, he'd slap her ass awake and take her to all kinds of pleasant places. He actually enjoys times like this when I wake him up in the middle of the night whining that he's been playing with me in his sleep and he has to do something about it because I can't sleep. I just couldn't face doing it to him when he had just fallen asleep. Lately he's been sleeping horribly. I also find it terribly amusing that the online sub is telling all of us poor, benighted types who actually live with our man and have for years what is twue.
