It's a gamble wherever you are in the world, but some places have a larger pool of available people to choose from ( these sites tend to be mostly frequented by Americans, Canadians, Australians, and people from western Europe, at least as far my casual observations can attest to ). The US seems the best bet in terms of sheer numbers, but considering the comparative ease with which one can migrate within the E.U., the E.U. part of Scandinavia might be a good second option if the US is out. Any part of Canada will be colder than Brazil, but if you want to be here yet avoid long, snowy winters that stay in the minus numbers, consider Vancouver or its smaller neighboring cities like Victoria. Our climate here is very similar to western European countries like England, Ireland, and The Netherlands, but with more sun and drier summers ( winters are dreary at times, but snow is very occasional - mostly we just get rain ).
