I am fairly new at this - I have had only one slave before for about a year - got rid of her because I found out that she was turning trix out of my house while I was at work - I think she only follow my orders at night so she could turn trix during the day

What are some of the best source material that cover a mistress and slave situation

There are a great many books listed in this link that you might be interested in.

The above, combined with the visual to the left of it, has left me ................without anything here.....

Karen, forget about Mistress and slave contracts. They will not hold up in court.

Do something vanilla. Perhaps a landlord type of contract, in which you state the rooms your slave will live in/have access to, and the tasks that she is responsible for in return. Then simply specify no drinking, drugs, smoking, disruptive noise, as you wish, and add illegal activities.

Gosh, I'm so gullible at times. I got this one all wrong...huh? [:(]

Become better and more competent at picking friends and lovers. Most people don't do things like this. If you met a 'slave' and had her move into your house right away, you got what you deserved. Most of us prefer to make a relationship like everyone else, we date. We take our time. We find out what's important to them, if we share the same ethical values. We discover what they are working at or studying. We expect from our friends and lovers to be roughly on the same page as we are, to be as devoted to their careers as we are to ours. You skipped all those boring steps and wanted a slave from the first meet. Anyone that agree to this isn't someone of value.

I agree that a landlord contract is far better than a master/slave contract if you are looking for actual legal enforcement.

In addition you should be better at picking people. Rule 1 is think about how this person reacts to OTHER people. Never trust someone that treats you better than they treat other people. The "But he's good to ME" is just the clarion call of someone about to find out how wrong they really are.
