The triskele (I'm sure I didn't spell that right) is very common. Black with white outline and holes in the three black portions as opposed to simply a filled in color. The "story of O" collar is also common. I think the most common for tattoos, from what I have seen, is the triskele.
ETA - Whadda know, I did spell it right. Those seems multiple colors are "acceptable" for the triskele. I'm just used to seeing white. [:D]
