Mr. Assange said he is a journalist and there is not a shred of evidence he is a terrorist. He said Mike Huckabee is an idiot trying to make a name for himself.

Assange said we don't know whether this young man is our source or not, our technology is set up so we don't know that. He said if we are to believe the allegations this man acted for political reasons and he is a political prisoner in the United States and human rights groups should be investigating.

Assange appears to be a well-educated man who could be having fun. I wonder what motivates him to accept the burden and become involved in this controversy.
