On a per-unit basis, I agree with jujubee. But sociologically and biologically, there are distinct trends. Women relate differently; they are not as competitive, and when they are it's in different ways. Competition and especially criticism is more often seen as a personal assault than for what it is, situational bias. That is, they hate being bagged on and see it as a personal assault except when it turns them on. [8|] There are significant differences in how women process hormones, which sorts of things attract their eyes, dietary needs, the way they learn (men and boys learn and respond more than women do through specific challenge and adversity; women learn are able to absorb more information without challenging it, which is a good part of why young girls make better students.) Brain sizes and structures are different, sexual attractors are different, and the ways a mother passes genes on to a daughter is drastically different than the male version, the Y chromosome.
