Just a few little points of etiquette here. Typing all in caps denotes "shouting," and it's considered really, really rude. It's also against the rules of the forum to succumb to name calling and making threats or offensively pointed remarks, like your comments to SAMHAIN09.
You didn't like some of the responses you received--understood. Not only did you not get some of the answers you sought, but you also got a few remarks that you found weren't useful. That's pretty much life on the web. It's not "Dear Abby" here.... you get real, live folks with real lives. (well, most of the time)
A little politeness goes a long way here, and you've gotten off on the wrong foot. I can mentally hear you typing "I DONT CARE"... but you obviously care enough about the topic and your sub to pose the question about public humiliation.

I have an honest (potentially useful) answer to your question. But first--you need to hear this:
Calling someone a "sub" is not an insult. If that's your belief, you're in the wrong place for advice. Telling someone to go blow their master....not really an insult the way you intend. Some of us may perform that task with great pleasure. Most of the folks that replied to you aren't "haters"--quite the opposite. If they were haters, they wouldn't be giving the sound advice not to inadvertently involve others in your mall affair.

I'd be willing to bet that the male sub is NOT the same size as the Dom. He doesn't need to try anything on (and most places now aren't supposed to let you try on underwear anyway)... all you really have to do is shop for his size.
Even if the other customers don't notice, or politely pretend not to notice, a woman shopping for size 16 underwear with the guy standing right there doesn't HAVE to be obvious. In fact, if you send him into the shop alone, he picks out his size and then basically LIES to the saleperson "Oh, uh....these are for my girlfriend....." yeah. It's obvious.

Send the sub to the local WalMart and pick up the following items to put on the checkout belt...(.and then watch the faces of the surrounding customers):
