I'm bored and need something to read. Got a journal or a blog?

Many people on CM keep fairly updated journals. Some tell more about them in my opinion than their profiles. I tend to write poetry in my CM journal or updates about Phoenix and myself.

Enjoy your evening.

yes but unless you already opened someone's profile, you don't know the journal entries are there right? I wish there was a way to know who has a journal, like an icon or something on the homepage.

So what you'd like is for CM to set up a blog section?

I keep a journal on my profile that gets updated in between periods of neglect.  So far as other journaling, I do keep a regular journal and have for years.  However, its a leather bound edition sitting on my desk and no you may not read it.

I have kept a journal since I could remember. Phoenix has me journal every day and has for over a year now. I write everyday. There is a link posted for it though I rarely point people to it though it is there if you look.

As far as CM journals, no its not that easy you have to open profiles and look. Oh, no you actually have to do the foot work!

I keep a journal here on CM, but I have a private journal as well that is only for the eyes of Himself. I started keeping a diary when I was very young, so I have volumes of stuff. hehe It's fun to go back sometimes and see where I used to be.

footwork? Opening up random peoples profiles all the live long day searching for blogs is footwork?

I call it more a gimongous waste of time. Especially when one could oh I dunno start a thread and all the journaling folks could let me know they have one?

Work smarter, not harder. Or something like that.

Do you ever look back and read old enteries and think "what the hell was thinking or doing?" or simply laugh. I find myself doing that ALOT.

I journal randomly, both here and on my 360 page.  I don't keep a daily journal, nor have I ever.  It is an exercise in failure and futility for me.  I simply have nothing to say when I am "made" to journal.  Anything I write is contrived, far too brief and creates a great deal of frustration for me.  I write when the inspiration strikes, which is rare these days, as between both my jobs and my children, I pretty much have nothing left in me to write.  I am able to discuss my feelings and my thoughts very well, usually and so my dominant does not lack for knowledge of what is going on in my head and heart.

I have a 360 and live journal blog that I post in as much as I can when the mood hits, and very occasionally in CMs journal.

I have my journal, which is called "Michelle's Daily Log for Tyler's Curious Perusal" saved into Microsoft Excel.  I fill it with only the inanest of trivia (how often I had to pee, warnings for him not to touch the oven while I'm gone, etc.).  Then I forget about it for a month or two.

I've never been good at the whole diary/journal thing.  I never remember to write in it.  My blog hasn't been posted on since October.  I'd give you the address, but it contains my full name, so it's probably not a good idea.

Ceyx and I both keep journals. I tend to collect new recipes, essays and poetry in mine, while he uses his to write about his thoughts and leave me instructions. Livejournal is a handy little tool.  I think the link to his is in his forum-side profile.
