I have it on fairly good authority that these object de artes' would be unacceptable in North Amherst but not in South Amherst.

The problem in North Amherst has to do with sex education, no prophylactic. That is not safe sex. Yes they have schools there.

The kid they interviewed wasn't laughing, but that might have been because he was being interviewed. Personally I think adults should know better, but I have long stopped expecting that from a lot of people. There is a profile of a local women who has a bondage snowman on her pic complete with penis. I think it is in very poor taste and if I saw it in my neighborhood, I would tear it down. Not sure why they had to involve the police in it.

My point was the naivete that people have regarding children, especially their own. They want desperately to believe in the innocence and purity of childhood. Trust me, the kids on South Park are closer to the truth.

Starting when I was around 8 years old, my friends and I would hang out in the church schoolyard where they would park a big, walk-in paper recycling container that the church used to raise money. We would help the people unload their their bags of newspapers and magazines. The priests and nuns would bring us iced tea and cookies for being such wonderful children volunteering our time to help.

In reality, we discovered that a lot of the pious churchgoers loved their porn.

The only reason we were there was to go through their discards and create our own porn collections.

Of course allowing is the point. I would not allow mine to watch porn before he hit 16. What he did behind my back is another matter. But walking out the front.. or back.. door and having someone else slam a snow man getting a blow job into my child's face, and me saying nothing about it... is exactly the same as me allowing him to watch porn. He knew what a penis was... he knew what a vagina was... he knew what sex was... me allowing him to watch those things, another story.
