They are profiles of young female slaves who just happen to move to your area because their master suddenly decided to go back to their vanilla life. The last is the key phrase. Oh this is supposed to be positive experiences. Guess its positive i found them before pouring out my heart lol That young 25-35 is suspect anyway

Rule -> RE: the latest scam profile technique (12/29/2010 6:14:41 PM)

It is good that you have had a positive experience. Well done!

SorceressJ -> RE: the latest scam profile technique (12/29/2010 6:16:31 PM)

WOW. I've never heard of THAT trick before.. [sm=alarm.gif]

Seriously though. We have. Heard all the tricks these so-called scammers try to pull. If You're not sure how we could possibly not require this or other warnings, we invite You to cross-reference "scams" or "scammers" in the available search box on this forum, and see for Yourself how many times and in how many ways this subject has in fact been discussed.

We thank You for Your concern, but no worries. We're not all that damn stupid.. well ok, maybe a few of us might be.. we get some winners sneaking in from under the basement stairs sometimes, I tell ya..

DarkSteven -> RE: the latest scam profile technique (12/29/2010 6:41:44 PM)

We've all; had experiences with scammers.  Some fit the modus operandi you mentioned, some don't.

I saw one profile that claimed to have been in slave training at a school for two entire years.  Do you realize what kind of tuition reimbursement she will ask for?

I suppose that there is a fantasy that because she's been trained/had a Master, that all a man needs to do is crook his finger and he will get all the service he could want, with no effort on his part.

It's just a fresh batch of newbies to the site that think they have it all figured out and for some reason feel the need to impress us with their ability to describe the obvious.

it's holiday vacation with a bunch of people home on vacation or home from school with nothing better to do.

Fun fun fun.

Other people hate scammers and spammers, but not us. We think they make excellent toys, and if they're not up to they make really good pets for the kids. They learn to feed them and so on and we assign them a few more chores to help with the upkeep. It's really easy if you put your, wait that's a contradiction in terms.

Later.

Exactly.  What I don't understand is their belief in everyone's lack of intelligence that people don't figure these things out on their own.  It's almost condescending, in a way, as though they think the general populace of CM needs somebody to come along and tell them that <gasp> there might be profiles here that aren't legitimate.

Other newbies appreciate the info. Is it so unreasonable to want to learn aboutt hese scams without having to learn the hard way? Or to want to help others learn? Seriously. Right now, I'm trying to find the search box sorceress mentioned.

soul2share -> RE: the latest scam profile technique (12/31/2010 11:07:20 AM)

Because michael, people, even newbies, can obviously recognize these scammers.  Adding to the multiple posts about the subject is redundant.

It's about using your head and realizing that if something is too good to be true, it probably is.

And this also just happened to be the third whiny thread about scammers that I'd read in less than 10 minutes......

Oh you mean the thing that is on top of your messages is not enough?

This one:

DO NOT SEND MONEY TO OTHER USERS FOR ANY REASON!

Read about Common Scams and Online Safety Information

Oh and then there is a link to common Scams and Online Safety Information (this one: http://www.collarme.com/personals/scammers.htm) Now of course since it is sooooo easy to overlook, it is completely reasonable to expect that the complains on a message board will help and not annoy the rest of the people who actually READ the warning...

Edwynn -> RE: the latest scam profile technique (12/31/2010 6:05:21 PM)

Well, I was just bored and stumbling about, and wondering what entertainment there might be available.

Lo and behold ...

I don't even venture into this sector of societal grunting much, but the first few comments held me fast, not that there was anything much different about this parade of pompous finger wagging that I'd not been exposed to a bazillion times before, but well, as I say, I was just bored.

Sometimes a person does not know what he or she might be in need of, despite the body and inner soul screaming at your ignorant and half-deaf conscious mind what important thing is being ignored.

I could never have figured out my true need were it not for some of the posts here, and for that I thank all involved.

The finger wagging massage ... I'd never have thought of that myself.

Let's start with "oh!, this is the first time you've figured that out?" as the 50'th response from a single person to such a post ... mmmmmm ... yes, feels good, that pointy finger, a little higher, please ...

Next: "you are whinny,"

Oh yes! Someone who calls BS now considered as being "whiny", ... oh man... that feels almost as good to me as it does to yourself, a little deeper, please ...

OK, I admit. Pompous finger wagging and pretentious pontificating by way of said wagging finger is my newly discovered kink.
No question, the best back massage ever. The comedy behind those wagging fingertips is priceless, and provides great release for the soul.

Please, don't stop just yet ...

Someone who obviously seeks out further annoyance by coming back to the scene incessantly, and struck upon three "hits" in ten minutes and found thereby a platform from which to complain about the "whining" of another ...

I never knew finger wagging was so good! The artificial and desperate elevation of self by lowering of others is so intoxicating here ... lower .. lower, please, a shade to the left, ...

OH, OH!, .. somebody said  "and not annoy the rest of us," ...

Oh STOP!!!
