Actually, he usually can't walk afterwards. After wearing himself out he goes from "RAWAR BIG DOMLY DOM" to "Snoozy Kitteh".

It's fucking adorable and makes for great cuddling.

Two-part answer to this one:

Two wrist cuffs with D rings, two ankle cuffs with D rings, a collar with D rings, a spreader bar, a Jackrabbit, two lengths of chain, and an O ring. Cuffs and collar on the associated limbs, ankles hooked into the spreader bar, wrists hooked to one length of chain wrapped around the bar. Girl's on her knees, face-down, with the second length of chain attached to the collar and down her back, hooked to the O ring which is holding the Jackrabbit in place. Switch that little beauty on, and boom!
