There are a sprinkling of black Dommes that post here but none in Cleveland. If you go to the main collarme page, you can search for all Dominant black women in the state of Ohio who belong to collarme - that's a starting point. But I honestly think your chances would be better going to local munches and groups. You could find them on Google.

Thank You. I am new here and don't know much. I am willing to learn as much as I can. Perhaps I should expand the search parameter to include all of the state of Ohio and neighboring states.
