I am new to the site and am looking for female Subs. I enforce a very strict lifestyle on my slaves and will teach them dicipline,and how to obey without question or argument if interested please contact me but before you do be sure to READ all of my profile,this is a must.

I just read your profile (I'm bored) and I laughed when I read:

You've got to be kidding! First of all, are you seeking subs or slaves? You really must make up your mind so the 'chosen' one knows what she is supposed to be.
 
Second, the ladies who write in interest to your profile are under absolutely no obligation to you whatsoever. They will provide a clothed picture or not, at their discretion. By "certain pictures" I expect you mean naked; yes you will find the odd newbie who thinks they should provide such but you will find the majority will laugh and use the block and/or delete button. They are not your submissive until they decide they are.
 
Third, any supposed dominant/master who won't provide a picture of himself is suspected of having something to hide.

I have nothing to hide first of all I just consider that a slave in my opinion should not question such things as it's their job to serve and serve only.

And I mean to say slave but really the termonology is the same,a submissive person is exactly what a slave is.

Cool.  When you own one, you can tell them exactly what their job should be. Until that point, you're really not in the position to be dictating anything.  Those who don't question tend to have faith in the person giving the instructions.  Not some random screen name on the internet.

OP, just to let you know, I chose Angelina Jolie and Sandra Bullock to be my slavegirls over a year ago, and they still haven't submitted to me yet. Hell, Angelina is still with that Brad doofus.

OP, let me take some pity on you.  You've obviously done some reading and think you know what TPE is.  You need to learn how this works.  With actual experience.

Start out as a Dom.  You will have more say than she does, but you'll learn how she thinks and how to get into her head.  The more experience you gain with D/s, the closer you'll be to your goal of TPE.  When you finally find the woman you want, then move her toward TPE.

You'll notice that I don't expect you to find a 100% TPE-ready slavegirl.  You'll need to train a submissive woman to serve you the way you want.  All relationships take work and - surprise! - an M/s one takes MORE work than a vanilla one!  Any time you find a girl that has been perfectly trained by either a slave training school/camp or a Master that died/moved away, you're looking at a scammer.  Be very careful because you're very ripe pickings for them.

Finally, never succumb to the lure of representing yourself as having more experience than you actually have.  You'll be amazed at how willing kinksters are to guide newbies like yourself.  But once the word gets around that you've misrepresented, you will never get a local unless they're very new and stupid.

You really think there are like slaves hanging around waiting for people to 'pick' them? Do you have any idea of how many women vs men are on sites like this...? You're going to be choosing till the cows come home and not a single woman is going to just follow you home and immediately start serving you. You are living in la-la land.
There are so many men on here that wish your vision was  reality, these are the guys who believe that if they pay a fee to a 'slave training' camp they will actually get a real, live, woman.

Let's be realistic, where on earth do you come up with the idea that you will have anybody to choose? I mean at the rate you're going, you got the choice of your left or your right hand... My statement of you being a newcomer is right on. That's not a bad thing but admit it and get some knowledge rather than blunder around acting like you know what the hell you're doing. You can really hurt someone by being stupid. I wish people like you came with warning tags so potentials would know to avoid you till you get your attitude in line and learn something.
