xXsoumisXx -> "Sons of Anarchy" (1/1/2011 8:31:59 PM)

As a young girl,i remember some bikers..my step father belonged... i had only good memories of them..(Iron Lords out out of Seattle, they can be googled)
as young adult i was soo jealous of those vests the women wore, " property of_____"..
felt it in my nether regions..lol
this was mostly Banditos..in my area..i didn't even know why i liked those words...

All this to say i received Sons of Anarchy season 1 as a gift.. and feel so drawn to the whole D/s, family life that an MC club offers..

anyone else???

(not all are 1%ers..;)

salemartist -> RE: "Sons of Anarchy" (1/1/2011 9:07:15 PM)

not all are 1%ers, but banditos are.... not all are D/s either. I am a known associate of the local 81 and a good percentage of them live vanilla lives with normal wife and kids. I have only seen a few episodes of the SoA show, but I didnt see any D/s overtones.

xXsoumisXx -> RE: "Sons of Anarchy" (1/1/2011 9:21:14 PM)

well i have seen the first 3 so far, and they have 3 seasons.

I guess i relate it to those "property of" vests... and i was raised with the same kind of rules.. they are family... men in charge, women please, and try to make her man proud and happy..

MasterFireMaam -> RE: "Sons of Anarchy" (1/2/2011 7:22:32 AM)

We LOVE SoA, and find it totally hot, but unless We could be a biker, We wouldn't belong. We're not property and We're not someone's "old lady". We want to be the one who burns off, or cuts out, club tattoos of excommunicated members. (Keep watching.. :-) )

Master Fire

I will, thank You Ma'am!

badlilthang -> RE: "Sons of Anarchy" (1/2/2011 12:19:28 PM)

also seen SoA....i see a lot of D/s undertones there also - just like the OP said. Women are property of the men - the club is run by men - and women can not be hang arounds or be prospecting - the only thing they are allowed is to wear his name on a vest...and she better respect that also - and not abuse the power. Some just have the name - some have Property of. And also - like good, strong submissive women - they have a brain and use it well...s...

Different strokes for different folks - smiles - but since i ride myself, i have met a LOT of fantastic people clubwise or without colors - and also seen the hierarcy - patches telling you who is where on the totem pole and such. i am who i am regardless - and it is fine as long as i use common sense..*L*..

I love that show; I think it is hot and well acted. Jax can pick me up anytime....[;)]

xXsoumisXx -> RE: "Sons of Anarchy" (1/2/2011 5:04:24 PM)

mmm yes indeed, lol...

mtslaveslut -> RE: "Sons of Anarchy" (1/2/2011 5:05:59 PM)

even the Bandidos have given in to public opinion and no longer have the women wearing property of.  Now it is just proud Bandido ol lady.  I miss the property of.  Nothing wrong with being property of and it goes both ways.  Sons is a great show but more accurate of the old days.  You are watched everywhere now and always in a spotlight

Capndependable -> RE: "Sons of Anarchy" (1/2/2011 6:07:16 PM)

I've ridden all my life.

Some of the best people you'd ever care to hang out with..

BUT.. I've never NEEDED a "Property of" tag.. It's just a rule that you don't mess with another bikers woman.. If she want's to wear it? Who am I to argue.. *weg*

Lockit -> RE: "Sons of Anarchy" (1/2/2011 6:17:41 PM)

itunes has the show now. Season three is cheaper than the other seasons and I am sure will go up in price soon. Yes, I bought three and so glad I did because I missed so much of it. That last show shocked the hell out of me and I have watched it twice since New Years Eve and will watch it again tonight. I can't tell anyone my favorite men... because I just can't decide! lol I may just have to take all of them, whore that I am. (Okay, I do lie once in a while, but I am creating a rating system and that will be nothing but truth!)

I haven't seen anything on the show that is close to bdsm... but our thoughts and I sure wouldn't mind tying a few of them up. Long live the imagination, with or without the patch!

But just in case... there is a submissive biker that wants to wear mine... you know where to find me. [;)]

Lockit, I get the feeling that Tig may be a sub in bikers clothing....just saying. [;)]

Ghost Riders still wear property patches.

Oh yes, you know it! There are three others that I think could be as well. One might be a little tricky, but yes, I see four on that show that surely have possibilities! [:D] The others, no way, no how... but I still might like a few er... moments with them! Hell, even the cop is submissive, but I wouldn't want him.

In real life, I have known a number of tough bikers that liked being wrapped around a finger! Took me a while in my younger days, to get that one! [:D]

omkfY -> RE: "Sons of Anarchy" (1/4/2011 4:46:05 PM)

I accept that

ThatDamnedPanda -> RE: "Sons of Anarchy" (1/4/2011 5:13:17 PM)

Am I the only one here who can't stand that series? I think it's one of the dumbest things I've ever seen on TV. I've tried really hard to like it, but the idiotic plotlines and unbelievable dialogue just make me wince. It's a shame, because they have some outstanding actors in it, from top to bottom, but I just can't get through an entire episode.

SL4V3M4YB3 -> RE: "Sons of Anarchy" (1/4/2011 6:10:10 PM)

Don't try to like things that is the key Dear Panda, let things happen naturally.

I've tried to like brushing my teeth with a razor blades but it just isn't happening.

This series does sound very intriguing.

TheHeretic -> RE: "Sons of Anarchy" (5/8/2011 7:11:38 PM)

Ok. I'm waking the dead here, but it isn't six months gone yet.

We just finished up Season 2 on Netflix and I'm enjoying the hell out of it. What I'm wondering, from folks who are familiar with how the Fx network does things, is if they will re-air Season 3 over the summer, before the 4th starts, so I can catch it on the DVR. I'm advised we can get it on the iphone, but I prefer free, and with a larger screen.

Wow, you just brought back a flood of memories I haven't entertained in 30 years. I would be hard pressed to find a memory of my teen years without a Harley in the living room. {judge my youth if your needs be but, that was Dallas/Ft Worth Texas in the late 70's, and just the way it was.}  Those guys were like family to me because my mother was a Bandido ol' lady to Mouse/Little Hands. Damn, where did the time go?

subrob1967 -> RE: "Sons of Anarchy" (5/8/2011 11:23:18 PM)

Holly calls the show Pussy Bikers because the whole club takes care of business half assed, and it always comes back to bite them in the ass.

Jemma is the only badass in the club, the rest are punks.
