Status: offline 		I don't mind (and often enjoy) having tender testicles after prolonged arousal, but they are almost always accompanied by a strain/cramp in my groin -- one severe enough to alter my gait... I've tried many of the suggestions mentioned here in older threads, but most have been ineffective. I'm wondering if any of the tease & denial guys have other suggestions?


Things that help slightly:

lying still on back
lightly lifting/supporting balls
warm shower/bath
stretching (particularly backward)
using the loo



Things that don't help or make it worse:

cold shower/ice pack
massage



The cramp will all but disappear overnight, but

Perhaps you should ask an actual physician. Retrograde ejaculation from an attempt to stop and ejaculation in progress is a common cause, also getting regular erections without release.

Once infected, draining it frequently is pretty much the only thing that might allow it to heal eventually, i.e., these infections, being internal, are very slow to heal, and internal pressure causing further trauma is only going to prolong it.

Flat out, if his prostate is so swollen he can't walk, he's asking for trouble.
