Yes Ron, that is what my great grand-father did back in the day. He was multiple species medical practicioner, a doctor and a vet. He removed the scent glands from a skunk and kept it as a pet, also had a pet raven. I think it would be amusing to have a few skunks inside a cyclone fenced yard as guard animals. Robbery and theft potential would go way down, since the thieves would have no way of knowing that the scent glands were removed. You could also innoculate them against rabies, same as canines and felines. And FYI, there are folks in the Furry Lifestyle whose animal selves are skunks. Regards, -Vendaval- quote:
