Yes and I think that companies should also be able to use the term, "White Chocolate" as opposed to "Almond Bark" here in the US.

Chocolate has no significant redeeming nutritional value. Chocolate stimulates pleasure centers in the brain like an addictive drug. Chocolate contains alot of sugar, which is detrimental to health, and could be deadly to some. Where do I sign the petition to ban this evil substance. Y'know black marketers need to eat, anda feed the little bambinos. There are so few new opportunities in this field, sometimes weapons, drugs and hits just don't pay the graft, errr bills. Lightbulbs are simply not enough to fuel expansion, leading to the stagnation of one of our top enterprises. T

Chocolate should be legal, but the government should require a permit to buy chocolate. There should be strict standards for who can buy chocolate. In the absence of anybody who meets these standards, all chocolate should be sent to ME, for safekeeping. pam

Even though it is marketed as "white chocolate." But I was really just trying to make a joke in the thread.
