Not totally sure I understand why the criminal trial... I mean, taking his license would be one thing, since doctors are supposed to do no harm (and I would interpret this to mean to any species) .. But in order for it to be manslaughter, doesn't the victim need to be a human being and not an alien by the word of the law?
