Ever wonder why they can iimpound your car if you tel them to fuck off on a traffic ticket? its because you donated legal title of your property to them leaving you priviledges in usufruct! Look Man, this is getting old. You come in here and purport to educate, when you don't even know the difference between the words "to" and "too". Your cites are off, I've got better ones, plenty, but I will not keep at it AD NAUSEUM. Those who know this do, some don't care and others are too stupid. (note the proper usage of the word "too"). You spout this arcane law which means nothing to the people who have the guns and the jails. You offer no remedy whatsoever and all you do is help people waste time. Perhaps you are becoming a form of entertainment. I'm starting to believe that your reading comprehension is not 100%, and this is also evidenced by your grammatical and other errors. Think of it, maybe, just maybe a few of your conclusions are not correct. If that's too (note usage again) difficult for you, understand that I can read. My car has a piece of paper, it is called a certificate OF title. My house has a title deed. Why isn't the car title just called a title and a house deed just called deed ? I know, and I have known for a long time. So why don't you offer some ideas on how to correct the situation ? All you are doing is seemingly trying to rub it in people's faces. Please provide the following : A real deed to property on which you live without paying property tax, any alloidial title or deed recognized by the jail and gun people will suffice. The MSO to a car you drive all the time, without state issued license plates. If you can provide these things, then you have the authority to say something. And Americans are not pissed off, not pissed off enough. But you are not going to make them that way. You are not going to convince anyone. And the cite in your OP is useless. Use that in court and assert your rights. At least when you are locked up we won't have to listen to you brag about something I would bet my left nut you don't have. I'm not saying it's right but, call me when you beat the system. T

When they violate the law and you are right they do violate their own laws all the damn time, or they do not let the defendants evidence into court. this is an outrage or at least should be! I write letters to the judges on those cases as it is a breach of their oath of office not to protect the laws of the land and if everyone would do the same things would change. How many times have you done that Term? My personal stuff is in process, its a process its not something you can just walk up twinkle your nose and its a done deal. However and I cannot find her cite, if I do I will post it. Her name was somehting like Barbara Mandell or something like that who went to court and she has a large spread and pays no taxes on it what to so ever. In fact if you spend some time at the land office you will see that there are many tracts of land that "are not on the tax rolls" because................................? They never had a mortgage taken out against them! Whats your first clue? :)

Oh and btw T, they dont violate ALL law, they just construe it in whatever law form they so feel like at the time. Many attorneys are not on to that little trick, the sharper ones are but you better have seriously deep wallets for those guys. the main deal is they use anything that gets away from the law of the land which requires an injury in person or equity. In other words you can only injure in the capacity of a real living man not a corporation fiction. 4 blackstone points out that a ficticious plaintiff is a contempt on the court for instance.

There can be massive debt or it can be debt free...makes no difference in any jurisdiction of which I am aware. Real property is all taxed but the use of the property determines that tax. Some land mostly unimproved farm land is often 'put' in what is called 'farm use' which is barely subject to taxes at all (I once listed a $1 million farm...taxes = $180/ YEAR) and when it is not operated as a farm. This land enjoys usually...an agricultural zoning much of which was 'grandfathered' after WWII. Much was also given R-3 or R-1 (1 or 3 acres for a single lot) The problem with real estate taxes are two areas...in some communities it is as much now or more than rent was a few years ago. The elderly pay almost none and the inflated home prices...inflate the tax as has been happening for 60 years.
