Piercings are highly individual as are the results (feelings, sexual enhancement, etc.). In my case, I find no enhancement from, say... a woman with a tongue piercing... which is supposed to make oral sex great. Nope. No difference or, in fact, in some cases a negative. I want to feel my partner and not metal on my body. It was the same when I had a slave. I requested she take her piercings out because they got in the way of taste (me tasting her) and of various things (play) I wanted to do to/with her. So for me, while I agree certain piercings can look good, I find they have no play or sexual value at all past the "looks tantalizing" aspect. Others, of course, may find differently. The notion of getting a piercing or two has crossed my mind several times. However, after having experienced them with my partners, I've decided I don't way any. During sex, I'd probably want to take any I had out and I don't want this hassle. My body works very well with only the holes it came with. :-)
Edited to add: Forgot to note the effect of penis piercings on sex. The woman I've spoken with who had partners with penis piercings almost universally said they couldn't detect a difference, but some noted the piercings can "catch or scratch". Hmmm. Doesn't sound good to me and hence this is another reason for my "only the holes I came with" decision. I'll admit though, the notion of penetrating someone with "extra junk" attached down their is hot as hell. For me, a classic example of hotter on paper than in reality.
